It all started September 2022…

Do you like our chips and handmade corn tortillas? Well, now you can buy several of our corn masa products at Quiadaiyn or at our Maria's Tortillas/Quiadaiyn Fonda distribution facility located at 5606 W Manchester Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

5 days a week we nixtamalize and grind our corn for our fresh corn masa products. *Nixtamalization- an ancient treatment where we add calcium hydroxyl (lime) to the corn during milling, which increases alkalinity, makes corn products more pliable, and makes corn nutrients such as B3 or niacin more bioavailable. This is how it has always been in Oaxaca and we are very happy and excited to be able to officially offer you these fresh products made the old-fashioned way with lots of love. At Quiadaiyn we firmly believe that we all deserve quality artisan foods to nourish our bodies-our engines. **Our products only contain corn, water and lime.
